Refund, Return and Cancellation Policy. 
As a policy we do not provide any refunds or exchange the product once delivered. We can only extend our support with a store credit if product received is damaged and the alert is raised within 24 hours of delivery. IMPORTANT DELIVERY POINTS:

  1. If the box is damaged, please record a video and report any damage within 24 hours to ensure we can address it promptly with our courier partners.
  2. Only give the order refusal OTP if you want to decline the order.
  3. If the shipping box looks tampered with or broken, do not accept it. Return it to the delivery agent or call our customer care at +91 7337033387 in their presence.
  4. Do not allow delivery agents to drop packages in your building if you are not there. We cannot be responsible for any claims after the package has been dropped off.

Damages and issues
Please make a video of the unboxing if you receive a damaged box. Please make sure this is done within 24 hours of delivery for us to serve you better.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept an exchange or return on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
We kindly accommodate size-related exchanges when reported to Team Babykoo Customer Care within 24 hours of delivery. We invest in detailed product information and offer a shopping assistant for your queries. However, we regret to inform you that exchanges for reasons other than sizing issues cannot be processed and once our packaging seal is broken it can not be added back to our inventory due to hygiene issues. We appreciate your understanding.

Refunds
